These terms apply to the Class Action Settlement: Claim app and this website, provided by Easify Studios. By using Claim you agree to them, along with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Claim is not a law firm
Claim organizes publicly available information about class action settlements. It does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not affiliated with any company, court, law firm or settlement administrator. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney.
Your claims are your responsibility
You decide whether you are eligible and you submit every claim yourself on the official settlement website. Claim forms are typically signed under penalty of perjury. Only submit claims that are truthful and accurate. Claim never submits claims on your behalf and never takes any part of your payment.
Information accuracy
We copy amounts, deadlines and links from official sources and re-check them regularly, but settlements change and errors can happen. The official settlement website and court documents always control. Payout figures are those published by each settlement and are not a promise of payment.
Subscriptions
- Claim Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, yearly or monthly), and may include a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Claim to file false or fraudulent claims, to scrape or resell its content, or to interfere with the app's operation.
Trademarks
Company names and logos are the property of their owners and are used only to identify settlements. Their use does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Claim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easify Studios is not liable for missed deadlines, denied claims, settlement outcomes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
